O&M Resource Project Manager
A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview) A day in the life of an O&M Resource Project Manager involves coordinating with multiple teams, both locally and remotely, to ensure the seamless operation of various plants across North and South America! You’ll review system performance, address any emerging maintenance or operational issues, and lead project meetings to advance CMMS/EAM implementations. Collaboration with engineering, procurement, and EHS teams will be key as you ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Throughout the day, you’ll balance project execution with hands-on support for ongoing plant operations, ensuring efficiency and reliability targets are met! **HowYou’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)** + ·Lead the implementationof strategic software applications (CMMS) such as Siemens-Energy Omnivise, IBMMAXIMO, and IFS Ultimo, managing internal teams and contractors to position asa CMMS service provider. + ·Own and coordinate theAsset List production process, specializing in KKS and P&ID protocols forCMMS/EAM tool integration. + ·Drive new servicebusiness proposals with an entrepreneurial approach and proactively manageinterfaces with engineering groups to resolve operational issues at O&Mfacilities. + ·Serve as the O&Mdepartment expert for the purchasing and PO process, ensuring internal andexternal compliance. + ·Coordinate and supportthe use of Siemens tools (PCM, SAP, WRIT, FFP, etc.) to document and recordprocess changes. + ·Oversee documentationsystems, maintaining both legacy and new systems for accessible use by thegroup, and own the spare part strategy for O&M contracts. **WhatYou Bring (requirements)** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or arelated field, or equivalent experience. + 10+ years of experience in a complex businessenvironment, with a deep understanding of Combined Cycle Power Plantoperations, maintenance management, and plant engineering processes. + Proven experience leading teams in the implementationof new process tools and IT systems. + Strong leadership abilities in multi-functionalenvironments. + Effective communication and presentation skills. + Excellent knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems. + The position requires extended working hours, variedshifts, and weekend/holiday work depending on plant needs. + 25% travel, including onsite presence during outages,special projects, and customer meetings, often with short notice. + Applicants must be legally authorized for employment inthe United States without need for current or future employer-sponsoredwork authorization.
