This position provides maintenance engineering and technical support for a maintenance project or site. This role may act as a team leader when assigned.
• Procurement of Consumable Materials and Small Tools
• Coordinate the procurement of consumable materials and small tools required for maintenance activities.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and tools to support ongoing maintenance operations.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Management
• Oversee the procurement and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain an inventory of PPE and ensure that all employees have access to necessary safety gear.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure PPE is in good condition and replaced as needed.
• Tool Inventory and Asset Management System
• Set up and maintain a comprehensive tool inventory and asset management system.
• Track the usage, maintenance, and location of tools and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement procedures for the regular inspection, calibration, and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Develop and maintain records of all tools and equipment, including purchase dates, maintenance schedules, and disposal records.

• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
• May need to travel to attend to business related matters
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
