Job Description

The Role

We are seeking an O2C Specialist to join our dynamic APAC Financial Shared Service Center team. As a key member of the business partner group, you will manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, overseeing activities from order placement and contract management to cash collection, all while ensuring alignment with our global standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review client contracts and applicationsExecute the billing procedures and processes, such as complete and maintain online billing submissions and accounts, vendor form requests and insurance certificationMonitor and reconcile deferred revenue accounts and perform month end close processMaintain quality control of order entry and ensure revenue recognition is following group policyFacilitate and assist in resolving requests presented from the front office colleagues, clients, management and sales colleagues such as client invoicing issues in a timely mannerInternal/External audit supportPerform other duties as required based on business needs

QualificationsQualifications in a business or finance-related disciplineMinimum 1-year of billing or accounts receivable related work experience and have good knowledge and working understand of all billings processes within your areaProficient in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential. Knowledge of SAP system is an advantageFluent in both spoken and written English.  Fluency in any other Asian languages would be an advantage, such as Korean or JapaneseExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills, can build good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, internal departments and key contacts, can work as part of a team and collaborate across teamsGood time management skills, can remain approachable under pressure and handle a variety of related tasks flexiblyCan act with integrity, tact, diplomacy and solve problems proactively
