Our O2C team manages key operations including master data, sales orders, credit risk, collections, and more—all vital for customer satisfaction, cash flow, and accurate accounting. Be part of something bigger and unlock your potential with us!

Main responsibilities:

Deliver collections management services to SBOReview AR ageing reportsPerform collection and dunning from the related system, determining appropriate escalations and follow-up actions as per the defined processManage dispute and claim processes, including qualifying, creating disputes identified by Ci2C, and resolving disputes under Ci2C responsibilityContribute to business and customer collection strategy reviews, preparing KPI reports on a weekly/monthly basisBuild expert knowledge of scope activities, local entity knowledge, and serve as a super-user; coach junior analysts while proactively anticipating operational issuesParticipate in process improvement and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to eliminate redundant tasks and ensure smooth transitions

About you
 

Essential Skills:

Fluent in Polish and advanced English (written and verbal)Experience in Customer Service, Order to Cash, Credit & Collection managementHands-on experience with collections or receivablesStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and expertise in MS Excel and Microsoft OfficeAbility to interact professionally with internal and external clients; team player with good communication skills
 

Nice to have:

Experience with SAP FI and other accounts receivable IT toolsGraduate degree in accounting or finance, plus experience in Business Services or Pharma
