Make It Uniquely Yours.** You work with business and IT stakeholders to support a future-state vision in terms of requirements, principles and models in a specific technology, process or function. **How you will contribute** You will work closely with the enterprise architecture team to chart technology roadmaps, standards, best practices and guiding principles, providing your subject matter expertise and technical capabilities to oversee specific applications in architecture forums and when participating in workshops for business function requirements. In collaboration with the enterprise architecture and solution teams, you will help evaluate specific applications with a goal to bring in new capabilities based on the strategic roadmap. You will also deliver seamless integration with the existing ecosystem and support project teams in implementing these new technologies, offer input regarding decisions on key technology purchases to align IT investments with business strategies while reducing risk and participate in technology product evaluation processes and Architecture Review Board governance for project solutions. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: + Defining and driving successful solution architecture strategy and standards + Components of holistic enterprise architecture + Teamwork, facilitation and negotiation + Prioritizing and introducing new data sources and tools to drive digital innovation + New information technologies and their application + Problem solving, analysis and communication + Governance, security, application life-cycle management and data privacy **More about this role** o9 Technical Integration Lead will be responsible for the cross functional alignment and integration of the o9 platform with multiple touch points of integration. + Responsible for the cross functional alignment and integration of the o9 Global core model at a regional / BU level - thinking ECC/S4, APO GATP/PPDS initially, SAC, TPM, Salesforce + Provide the necessary functional / technical delivery expertise to help address any specific regional requirements identified through Fit Gap phase + Work with Central Program teams to ensure core model design is delivered in a consistent way to avoid any regional customization. + Support Fit gap and identify key market cross functional technical/process nuances to be considered for implementation. + Provide program updates on status and progress across the applicable program governance forums. + Accountable for delivering the regional plan and working with both Global, Regional and PMO teams to ensure project milestones are being achieved on time and within core model principles. + Own technical aspects of testing & cutover process for the region. + Provide regional functional input into Risk Impact Analysis, enable risk mitigation from all technical aspects and project dependencies from various other initiatives + Partner/work with the extended regional MDS team (vendor/partners) to ensure technical readiness for related deliverables. + Responsible to work with the regional business need to ensure all requirements are thoroughly worked through and successfully closed out from technical stand-point. + Support regional change management strategy as required for implementation. + Leads the regional integration team across MDLZ and Partners ensuring that resources are assigned appropriately and clear on milestones and deliverables. + Provide input as required to ensure adequate business contingency plans are in place for the region - thinking about the integration touch points. + Support project management deliverables with TG/Sprints sign off and risk mitigation plans. + Ensure delivery through close collaboration with respective internal teams eg DevOps, Enterprise Architecture teams + 8+ years in Supply Chain Planning with implementation experience with business platforms solutions like o9, JDA/Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP/APO. + Expertise in delivering Digital Supply Chain transformation initiatives for Planning. + Strong process knowledge of supply chain planning, sales and operations planning and reporting. + Expertise in data integration. + Good understanding of demand sensing solution with modeling external downstream demand signals such as POS/Retail Store level data for deployment decisions. + Ability to configure and customize the system to support business requirements. + Experience of integrating Planning technical systems with host ERP systems such as SAP S4 HANA. + Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills. **Education and Professional Qualifications :** + **Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.** + A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred. + Certifications in O9/planning are advantageous.
