OA/CTS Manager

Identifies and develops Center-beneficial partnerships that lead to student benefit and success. Responsible for the recruitment and arrival coordination of Job Corps students. Provides transitional support and placement services leading to quality full-time jobs, higher education or advanced training. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.

Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school required. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. Minimum of two years’ relevant experience required. Department of Labor approval required.

Supervises and manages the OA/CTS Department and staff.
