Obesity Brand Manager (Consumer-marketing focus)

Reporting to Obesity brand leader

Key responsibilities

Launch readiness and brand planningGet deep insights of obesity market and customers (especially consumers)Develop clear launch plan and jobs to be done for specific target customers (consumers)Support brand leader to build integrated annual brand plan (focus on consumers)

Channel managementDevelop objectives and plan for each channel (hospital, GP, online and etc.) to maximize and synergizeOptimize patient experience throughout seek, start and stayExplore innovative solutions to create awareness of obesity and urgency to treat among consumersEnusure the consumer strategy well aligned and coordinated with customer groups (HCP, payer)

Program design and executionWork cross functionally to explore the pathway for implementing innovative consumer activities following internal process/requirementsImplement the programs with clear focus, speed and right trackingCollect feedback from customers timely to ensure an agile model for innovative solutionsExternal focus: regularly monitor what competitors are doing or any other best practice to leverage within or even beyond pharma

Content developmentDevelop powerful materials needed for each channel following internal approval process

Experience & Skills:

Wealthy experience in consumer/OTC marketing (A minimum of 2 years experience)Strong learning agility and open mindWell understanding of pharma regulations and codesResilienceFluent English
