Obesity Private Healthcare Ecosystem Manager

We have a great opportunity in the Obesity team to accelerate the reach to our customers by developing the Private Ecosystem (Business-to-business) capability and fully leverage the evolution of the private Obesity ecosystem in Portugal.

The Obesity Private Ecosystem Manager will be responsible to coordinate the approach to Private Ecosystem players based on an overall assessment, identifying a standardized approach to develop a new capability (competencies, tools and processes) to accelerate obesity ecosystem and further help more patients. She/he will manage/develop private health obesity activities at national level, identifying potential partners and defining collaboration agreements, with private hospitals, health insurers, telemedicine and pharmacies groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in key account management, project development, and operational leadership/accountability, with the ability to collaborate across departments to build a high-performing organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and understanding of the market and lead the creation of a comprehensive private strategy aligned with overall business goals for Portugal in the Obesity private health space.Execute and own obesity private health capabilities building for Portugal, partnering with legal, finance, compliance & PRA.Identify and assess new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand the number of patients treated.Work closely with sales, marketing and medical.Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal stakeholders regarding private health strategy.Build and manage relationships with key private health stakeholders, ensuring a focus on long-term partnerships.Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of private health initiatives.Drive continuous improvement based on feedback, data, and market trends.Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in private ecosystem.

Basic Qualification:

Bachelor's degree; Post-graduate degree or MBA preferred5+ years of work experience in Sales & Marketing, PRA or FinanceAnalytics and/or forecasting experienceStrong business acumen, market understanding and ability to identify external trendsAbility to influence stakeholders at all levels. Consistent demonstration of the leadership behaviors and ability to develop credibility in a network that spans a wide variety of functionsStrong communication skills and ability to establish effective working relationships across functionsStrong problem-solving skills; able to anticipate and recognize systemic problems, diagnose root causes and identify corrective actions that will prevent recurrence;Excellent self-management and organizational skills; able to independently manage workload, set personal priorities and adjust as needed.Able to live and work in Portugal (mandatory)Fluence in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
