The position
This position directly reports to Business Unit Director, Obesity. In this role, you will manage and develop the business opportunities in collaboration with marketing teams to develop and implement brand plan of strategic products. The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:
Identifying and developing business opportunities for strategic products; Collaborate with related parties in locating and seizing new business prospects (HCP specialties/ segments) by conducting effective market research and customer’s insights. Identify trends and assess the product’s competitive position. Building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities to develop new territories. Strong consumer marketing to drive strong patient awareness campaigns. Develop & managing digital campaign; Collaborate with related functions to develop effective Multi customer engagement (MCE) program to build up obesity awareness to target patients. Identify right partner and manage MCE project to drive successfully brand strategy. Maintain and develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders; Identify and develop contact with Key opinion leader (KOLs). Maintain and execute a regular visit plan with target customers in coordination with other team members. Coordinate with creative and event agencies to ensure success of promotional campaigns. Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner. Strengthen management of obesity through innovative programs for Healthcare profession (HCP) education and obesity treatment infrastructure (i.e. programs for improved HCP education).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, MBA or related fields. Experience in patient education program is highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing/sales/medical within pharma industry. Preferences with Patient & Marketing strategic and tactic experience 2-3 years of experience in the role of product associate/ sales manager is preferable. Vietnamese native speaking is required with good communication in English.
