We're on the hunt for enthusiastic and curious minds to join us for an Observational Internship at Ericsson. Get ready to embark on an exciting journey that will introduce you to the cutting-edge world of Ericsson, where you'll have the chance to job shadow, collaborate with our top engineering talents, and even get your hands “dirty” with some simple projects.
Here's the scoop: The program spans over 4 days, and guess what? It's bi-weekly on Friday afternoons! That's right, you can kickstart your weekend with an incredible learning experience. There’s a cherry on top: most eager interns who participate in all sessions will receive a bonus of 300€.

November 1st 
13:00 – 13:30: Let's kick things off with an intro session and an Ericsson game!
13:30 – 14:15: Dive deep into an overview of Ericsson’s next-generation 5G products.
14:15 – 14:30: Safety first! Get briefed on the essential safety rules of production.
14:30 – 14:45: Get the overview of the brain of the brain of the product – a simple (or actually very complex)  PCB Board
14:45 – 16:00: It's time for some hands-on action! Experience Board Assembly production in smaller groups 
16:30 – 17:00: Let's wrap things up with a Quiz
 

November 15
13:00 – 13:45: Get the inside scoop on the various roles and careers in Ericsson. 
Discover where your talents could take you in the tech world!
13:45 – 14:15: Time to discuss how a board turns into a beautiful product and 
what are the cool automations we have in the smart factory 
14:15 – 16:15: Get hands-on with Final Assembly in production! Work in smaller groups
16:15 – 17:00: Wrap-up the day with a Quiz 
 

November 29
13:00 – 14:30: Try out a Fit for Purpose methodology workshop. Learn the secrets of project management
14:30 – 15:00: Dive into the fascinating world of Test Technology
15:00 – 16:30: Hands-on with Test Technology in production! Work in smaller groups
16:30 – 17:00: Get introduced to a creative home task
 

December 13
13:00 – 14:00: Present your home task. 
14:00 – 14:30: Learn about the importance of quality in the tech industry.
14:30 – 16:00: Get hands-on with Quality in production! Work in smaller groups 
16:00 – 17:00: Wrap up the program with a farewell event. Celebrate your achievements and the knowledge you've gained!
