**Overview**
**CHI Health Clinic** is actively seeking a **full-time OB/GYN** to join our established practice in **Omaha, Nebraska (42nd & L Clinic).** This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, robust practice.
**Great opportunity for a bilingual (Spanish) Ob-Gyn who has a desire to work with underserved populations.**
Details of the position:
+ **Busy practice with existing patient panel available**
+ Growing team of 6 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers
+ Call 1:6+ Average of 21-24 patient visits per day, per provider
+ Average of 10 deliveries per month, per provider
+ Provide full spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care for women of all ages
+ In-office Ultrasound, NST, and Colposcopy available
+ Deliveries at a tertiary care facility with a level 3 NICU
+ LEEP is available inpatient only
+ EPIC
+ Integrated clinic model partnering closely with primary care, diabetic education, psych, physical therapy, and pharmacy
+ Works closely with women’s subspecialties Maternal Fetal Medicine and Urogynecology
+ Utilize the DaVinci surgical robot and other state of the art equipment, depending on case needs
+ Access to efficient Ambulatory Surgery Center
+ Involvement in medical student, resident, and fellow education
+ Opportunity for Academic Appointment with Creighton University

+ **Must be BE/BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology**
+ Ability to obtain an Iowa and Nebraska License
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Responsibilities**
+ Patient Care:
+ Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
+ Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
+ Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
+ Communication:
+ Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
+ Provide clear and concise medical information.

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
+ Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
+ Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
+ Diagnostic Procedures:
+ Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.
+ Perform procedures as needed
+ Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.
+ Team Collaboration:
+ Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
+ Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
+ Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.
+ Quality Improvement:
+ Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
+ Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
+ Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
+ Compliance:
+ Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
+ Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
+ Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.
+ Continuous Learning:
+ Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices.
+ Participate in ongoing medical education and training.
+ Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
**Qualifications**
+ American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
+ A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
**Pay Range**
$139.42 - $157.21 /hour
