Position Summary

Provides clerical & support for Occupational Medicine Clinic.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to meet minimum hospital hiring standardsStrong clerical skills, including keyboard and basic computer programsKnowledge of medical terminology desirableBilingual English/Spanish desirableGood communication skills in dealing with general public on phone and in person.Commitment to confidentialityWillingness to learn drug testing and some back office occupational medicine procedures.

Essential Job Functions

Responsible for front office processes to include scheduling patients, insurance verification, workers' compensation claim managementAssist with back office responsibilities.Responsible for other office duties.
