Responsibilities include: Monitoring and implementing changes in HUD and LITHC regulations and requirements Maintaining proper maintenance of tenant files and computer records to ensure accuracy according to HUD and LIHTC regulations Determining financial eligibility for all new admissions into the affordable program Processing new applicants Monitoring of waitlists, and EIV master binders for compliance with federal regulations and requirements Assist and review all 8823’s corrections and correspondence Monitoring of re-certification notification letters in compliance with HUD and LIHTC regulations Perform training programs to educate and inform the site teams of requirements and responsibilities Remain familiar with HUD’s changing Federal Regulations as they relate to Affordable Housing programs COMPENSATION: $85,000 - $90,000/year Annual Performance Bonus WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE Lots of paid time off (19+ days!) – we value your life outside of work.
