We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Occupancy Planning Project Manager within our ASI Division located in Poway, CA. This is a flex 9/80, hybrid role. 

Under general direction, this position is responsible for management of sites, building utilization, allocation of Common Areas, Office, Manufacturing, Labs, Hangars, and Warehouse space in alignment with organizational needs to optimize building infrastructure. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Plans, coordinates, and allocates office site and building utilization through Occupancy allocations for entire ASI company portfolio.Develops and recommends long- range plans to meet building infrastructure and site requirements. Reviews and monitors requests for occupancy and space requests and develops and implements plans to ensure company requirements are met.Contributes to the development of timetables and schedules for projects.Collaborates with company support departments (i.e. Facilities, Security, EH&S, and ITS) to develop design criteria and prepare layout and detail drawings.Serves as a liaison between customers, facilities team, and management.Assesses planning issues and develops solutions to a variety of complex problems working with end users, project management team, and management to ensure that project objectives, schedules and budgets are met.Formulates, recommends, and ensures compliance with approved standards and policies relating to building use, occupancy allocations, architectural & electrical/HVAC engineering, and permitting.Gathers statistics and metrics, key performance indicators, vacancy maps and generates a variety of reports. Maintains databases, reports, and records. May participate in developing processes and procedures.
