The Specialist, Nursing, working under the general direction of a Physician, is responsible for the administration of treatments and care for the sick and the infirm and assisting with related issues, including assisting physicians in administering treatments, performing physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and screenings, counseling and educating patients regarding treatment regimens, and other basic medical care functions, with diligence and consistency in a timely manner. This role implements company policies and procedures related to the administration of occupational health. Additionally, the role will also be responsible for staying updated on trends and industry practices within the nursing domain, collaborating with teams to implement training programs, and ensuring compliance with policies. The role would also maintain accurate and confidential medical data including employee health records, medical leave of absence, etc. to prepare reports and presentations in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Coordinates with multiple stakeholders for providing health services and programs to the company employees in offices/plant locations, with diligence and consistency in a timely manner in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Coordinates with other healthcare providers and other teams to ensure effective patient care and management.
