About the role:
This is a hands-on role. If you enjoy the administrative aspect of a management position as much as providing direct patient care this is a great opportunity. Occupational Health is not required but strongly preferred. Must be computer savvy!

This is a Fulltime position, great benefits and generous PTO. 

The schedule is Monday through Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm and every other Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. No Holidays and No Weekends!

Essential Functions:

Dual role combines clinical, professional expertise and supervisory responsibilitiesFulfills the job expectations of a Clinician (Medical/Technical resource) dedicating an agreed upon percentage of time to clinical dutiesManages a limited number of employees – responsible for following appropriate processes for talent acquisition, staff development and performance management and provides input to the Health Center Manager/Director of Site Operations for the final staffing decisions. Responsible for interviewing, training and onboarding new colleaguesManages daily operations, workflow, work schedules, timecard monitoring etc. to ensure efficient and effective health center performanceIdentifies process improvement opportunities and presents resolutions and recommendations to the Director of Client OperationsMakes recommendations regarding staffing model based on objective scheduling & volume analysis – presents to Director of Client Operations for approvalUnderstands and complies with all regulatory, procedural, policy and licensing requirementsCompletes reports as needed and provides assistance to Clinical Quality and Operations departments regarding investigations and the resolution of issues or complaintsCommunicates and coordinates corporate messages and ensures implementation of company policies and proceduresCoaches and provides feedback to staff on a regular basisManages internal budget, reviews expenses, purchases supplies, inventories equipment, medications, etcAssists in the identification and use of per diem staff to ensure appropriate staffing levels are metCommunicates regularly with staff, conducts meetings and shares information regularlyWorks collaboratively with the Medical Leader and Director of Clinical Operations at the site to manage internal site issuesActs as health center’s infection control lead and collaborates with the corporate Director of Quality and Infection Control Officer.Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience requiredCurrent license as a LPN/LVN, RN or NP/PA in practicing stateCertification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) may be required for some sitesCurrent hands on certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the medical field2 – 3 years’ management experienceExperience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices.Excellent computer skills (Internet software, spreadsheet, word processing etc.)Demonstrated problem-solving and work flow management skillsExcellent Communication skillsKnowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred
