Premise Health is proud to partner with Vermeer Corporation and is currently looking for a Full-Time Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our Health and Wellness Center located in the Vermeer Mile where we provide service to their employees in Pella, IA.

About this Role: The Occupational Health RN will provide administrative oversight of the daily operations as well as providing support in a clinical capacity handling an active case load. Prior occupational health experience in a manufacturing setting along with strong leadership skills are fundamental in this role. In addition, you must have familiarization with surveillance programs such as hearing conservation testing, respiratory testing, DOT surveillance, etc.

Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or Associates’ degree (A.S.) is required. Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred.Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice requiredCurrent hands on training in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Certification in Emergency Nursing, or Certificate in Case Management preferred.At least three years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic.Work-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed.
