DuPont is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Resource to support our Occupational Hygiene and Facility Services team in Luxembourg. This dynamic role will involve managing appointments for medical checks for plant operators, conducting basic medical tests, and overseeing various administrative functions related to facility services.
Key Responsibilities:
Occupational Hygiene Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate medical appointments for plant operators, liaising with healthcare providers to ensure timely access to services.Perform basic medical tests, including vision (eye tests) and hearing (auditory tests), as part of routine health assessments.Process purchase requisitions for medical services and supplies while ensuring adherence to company procurement policies.Maintain accurate records of medical check appointments and outcomes to support regulatory compliance and internal reporting.Collaborate with occupational health professionals to promote employee health and safety within the workplace.Facility Services Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of facility services, including maintenance requests and building inspections.Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure timely and effective execution of facility maintenance tasks.Manage inventory of facility supplies and ensure requisitions for equipment, materials, and maintenance supplies are processed accurately.Support the development and implementation of facility safety programs and emergency preparedness plans.Assist in organizing facility-related events, meetings, and training sessions.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience; further education in health administration, facility management, or a related field is advantageous.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with employees and external partners.Familiarity with medical terminology and basic health assessments is preferred.Knowledge of facility management practices and principles is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data management systems.What We Offer:
