The Occupational Medicine Office Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance and guidance to customers, employers, insurance carriers, team members, staff, and management in need of general departmental information regarding Holzer Health System’s Occupational Medicine and Health services. S/he provides initial contact to most customers including clerical and telephone support and performs computer input of data for billing services as directed by departmental manager. The Occupational Medicine Office Coordinator is expected to work independently and proactively.
Education, Work Experience and Licensure:
• High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
• Associates degree in a medical-related field, or
• 3-5 years of comparable work experience
