Health Assessment: Conduct regular health assessments of employees to identify any potential risks or health issues related to their work environment. 2. Monitoring Occupational Health: Monitor the occupational health of employees, including tracking and managing cases of occupational diseases or injuries. 3. Emergency Response: Provide initial medical care and first aid in case of workplace injuries or health emergencies. 4. Health Education and Promotion: Educate employees about health and safety practices, promoting wellness programs to reduce health risks. 5. Collaboration with SESMT: Work closely with other SESMT professionals, including safety engineers and other health professionals, to develop and implement health and safety policies. 6. Data Management: Maintain accurate health records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. 7. Medical Programs: Develop and implement medical programs including vaccination campaigns, ergonomic assessments, and wellness initiatives. 8. Training and Workshops: Conduct training sessions related to occupational health and safety for employees. 9. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that workplace health practices comply with Brazil’s regulatory frameworks, such as the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and Regulatory Norm (NRs). **Required technical and professional expertise** 1. Professional Qualifications: Occupational Nurses must be registered with the Federal Nursing Council (COREN) and hold a valid nursing license in Brazil. 2.
