DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
A member of the health care team who plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy.
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional/Educational
Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy. License and registration with NBCOT required. Basic computer knowledge. Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.Personal Evidence of good health, grooming and professional conduct. Desire and ability to cooperate with and/or under the direction of others. Possess a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty. Appreciate of and desire to be a part of a health care team dedicated to providing patient optimal care.
Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
