Occupational Therapist

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates occupational therapy services within the guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association.  Daily therapy is performed under the order of a physician licensed in the State of Alaska.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree - Occupational Therapy or,  Master's Degree - Occupational Therapy  or,  Ph.D. - Occupational Therapy.  Alaska Occupational Therapist License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

2 years - Experience in subspecialty.
