**Responsibilities**
**Position Summary:**
Participates as a member of the Health Care team working with professional non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients addressing the age of the patients served.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Graduate of an accredited school of Occupation Therapy
+ Must have current California licensure
+ Ability to function independently and autonomously
+ Knowledge and ability to perform an Occupational Therapy assessment
+ Knowledge of principles concepts and modalities and methodology required of an Occupational Therapist
+ Ability to operate and demonstrate the use of equipment for occupational therapy care
+ Ability to teach and instruct patients caregivers and staff
+ Must have current BLS certification (Must be through the American Heart Association)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ One year experience as an occupational therapist. 6 months to one year home health experience preferred
**Pay Range**
$40.75 - $59.09 /hour
