Occupational Therapist

Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Or Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Or Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience. Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience. Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
