Occupational Therapist - AK PHS HHCS at Providence In Home Services  

Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift

Location: Anchorage, AK area (including Peter's Creek and Girdwood)

Job description:

Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence. 

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates occupational therapy services within the guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association.  Daily therapy is performed under the order of a physician licensed in the State of Alaska.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapist License  Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association  Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. Preferred Qualifications:

2 years Experience in subspecialty
