Provide medically prescribed therapy services using professionally accepted Occupational Therapy theory and skills.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy. For Autism/Children’s Center:  Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.
All Other Departments:  Adult rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience. Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree Occupational Therapy. Occupational therapy experience in clinical setting. Defensive Driving upon hire
