Responsibilities

St. Joseph's OUTPATIENT REHAB offers a very dynamic and challenging work environment with team-driven care and benchmarked patient outcomes. The department provides Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, education by Rehab Nursing, clinical Social Work, and Speech-Language Pathology to patients and families across the lifespan, and features diverse services and special programs that are not typically available at other therapy clinics. Some of our programs and services include:


� Orthopedics and Musculoskeletal Treatment � Manual Therapy � Work and Sports Injury Treatment � Lymphedema Management � Neurological Rehabilitation (TBI, CVA, SCI, MS, Brain Tumors, etc.) � Pediatric Rehabilitation � Vestibular Rehabilitation � Facial Muscle Retraining and Treatment

Provides patient care including evaluating patitient developing plan of care establishing goals and assessing progress toward the attainment of goals. Consults with other health care disciplines to coordinate treatment and discharge planning.Performs patient clinical care. Serves as resource by sharing expertise and knowledge. Qualifications
Minimum: Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program required.Computer skills required. Arizona License in professional area.American Heart Association BLS.

Preferred: 

Two years progressive experience in clinical area performing patient clinical care preferred.Master’s or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.Prior use of electronic health record preferred.
