OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
+ DESCRIPTION OF POSITION + A member of the health care team who plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy. + QUALIFICATIONS + Professional/Educational + Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy. + License and registration with NBCOT required. + Basic computer knowledge. + Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). + DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required. + Personal + Evidence of good health, grooming and professional conduct. + Desire and ability to cooperate with and/or under the direction of others. + Possess a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty. + Appreciate of and desire to be a part of a health care team dedicated to providing patient optimal care. Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
