**Job Description**
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated **Occupational Therapist Assistant** to join our team. The successful candidate will support patients through treatment plans, helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
+ Strong understanding of **upper extremity and hand treatments**
+ Proficiency in **manual therapy techniques**
+ Knowledge of **occupational therapy stretches and exercises**
+ Physical strength and stamina, including the ability to safely lift and assist patients
+ Ability to follow and execute detailed instructions accurately
+ Skilled in **measuring range of motion**
+ Understanding of how to **progress treatment plans**
+ Ability to recommend modifications to the Occupational Therapist when appropriate
+ Excellent **interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills**
+ Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
+ Strong **attention to detail** , reporting skills, and documentation accuracy
+ Proficiency in manual therapy, stretches, and range of motion measurement
**Qualifications**
+ NBCOT certified; graduate from an accredited college
+ Current state of Wyoming license
+ Outgoing and energetic personality

**Compensation and benefits:**
+ **Hourly rate of $25.00**
