Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
This is a Full time day shift position that will almost exclusively work in our skilled nursing unit (SNU), but could be expected to float to acute care or rehab if there is a low census or need.
Our SNU is a 32 bed unit with a team of PT, OT, and ST who are working to improve a patient enough for discharge to home or rehab for further conditioning.

Requirements:
Required: Associate's Degree from an accredited program for occupational therapy assistants. Preferred: One (1) year of related experience. Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed. Required: Current Az certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant; American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) BLS certification.
