Washington Ave is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team in an adult OP setting. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Hand Therapist and have a desire to train and mentor within our AOTA Hand Fellowship program. The candidate will collaborate with the OT and PT teams in-house and have a desire for mentoring other OT's across the company. Experience and proficiency with splinting skills would be required. We primarily treat orthopedic injuries and conditions but also some high-level neurologic conditions on occasion. Situated on the campus of a level-1 trauma center, we frequently see multi-trauma patients, tendon transfers/reconstructions, traumatic amputees, as well as nerve grafts.
