Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or equivalent educ/experience Coursework/Training Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need.
