**Avera is currently seeking Occupational Therapist (OT) looking to deliver the best possible care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.**

+ **Able to work in a variety of areas including acute care, TCU/LTC, swing bed, pediatrics, outpatient adult.**

**Job Summary**
+ The Occupational Therapist is accountable for providing occupational therapy services to patients/clients, including assessment, treatment program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication to patient, caregivers, and other providers.
**Education and/or Experience**
+ Post graduate education is required.
+ Master’s Degree is preferred.
+ 0-6 months of experience is required.
+ 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
**Licensure/Certification/Registration**
+ State of SD license is required.
**Work Schedule**
+ Monday -Friday; 72 hours every 2 weeks
+ 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
+ Occasional weekend and holiday
**Pay**
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
+ $31.75 - $48.00 per hour
