As an Occupational Therapist with us, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to provide top-notch occupational therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes. You'll conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with patients to help them achieve their functional goals.
This role is a Pay Per Visit role with a a NVA rate of $45/ hour and Visit rate of $84
Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessmentsDevelop individualized treatment plans and goalsEducate and empower patients to regain lost skills or adapt to new onesWork closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated careMaintain detailed and accurate clinical records
Requirements:Valid Occupational Therapist license in OregonValid Driver's License in current state and reliable transportationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in an autonomous work settingCompassionate and patient-centered approach
