Salary Range (Depending on Years of Experience) $73,840.00 - $102,2552.80

Responsibilities

Seeking full time occupational therapist to join our growing multi-disciplinary team of 9 PTs, 1 OT, and 1 SLP. Therapist would treat both orthopedic and neurological conditions and must be comfortable building relationships within the community and with referral sources.

 

Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 8-10 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational TherapyCurrent State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practiceCardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification requiredAbility to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
