Qualifications: + Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with the following degree requirements: + A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree if graduated before January 1, 2002. + A Master’s degree is required if graduated after January 1, 2002. + International candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school; a Master’s degree is preferred. + Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Occupational Therapy license in the state where services will be provided within 90 days of employment. + CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment. + Must maintain all certifications and licensure according to their expiration dates. Additional Preferences: + Membership in the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) is preferred. + Work experience is preferred but not required, beyond clinical experience from educational training. Other Requirements: + If assigned to drive a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required. For personal vehicle use, proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license are required. + Must be able to lift 50 pounds or perform shared lifting of 100 pounds. + Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. + Must be willing to work at other locations as assigned.
