About the Role:
This position provides outpatient occupational therapy services and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient occupational therapy services, including evaluations, treatments, and discharges.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient care.
Manage a busy caseload independently and maintain regulatory-compliant documentation.
Support acute/inpatient rehab coverage when necessary.
Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.
Ensure compliance with licensing, education, and documentation standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 30 days of hire)
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication skills for interacting with physicians, leadership, and staff
Experience with CMS, Joint Commission, and Medicaid documentation standards
