You must have:  + Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy + current state Occupational Therapy certification/license + BLS (AHA) certificate and maintain current Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus: + National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC preferred.
