Required Qualifications: + Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. + Satisfactory completion of clinical work as required by the university attended. + Previous work experience which indicates successful ability to assume responsibilities within a team context. + Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. + CPR Certification. + Valid Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License. + NBCOT certification + Exceptional oral and written communication + Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work in an efficient manner. + Successfully demonstrate proficiency with the skills defined by the needs of the patients on the caseload. + Ability to maintain composure under stressful working conditions. + Proficient computer use and application (intranet, word, excel, keyboarding, share point, email, etc.). + Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position. Preferred Qualifications: * One or more years of experience in comparable role. * Experience with computerized documentation systems.
