Occupational Therapist PRN
This is a PRN OT position working weekend and weekday shifts per month, 7am-3:30pm at Northwest Transitions on 2025 W. Orange Grove Road.
Please join the Northwest Transitions Inpatient Rehab Facility therapy team! Please join our interdisciplinary therapy team and help patients meet their goals of returning to their home and community. The facility is part of Oro Valley Hospital, located on the campus of Northwest Medical Center.

Requirements:
Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in occupational therapy.Required for NMC: One (1) year of acute care experiencePreferred for OVH: One (1) year of acute care experience Required: Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license;American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) BLS certificationFor Skilled Nursing Unit: Fingerprint Clearance Card"About the Job:
Plans and conducts individualized occupational therapy programs to help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities.Teaches patients skills/techniques and how to use adaptive equipment for participating in activities.Studies, evaluates, and records patients' activities and progress. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
