Occupational Therapist PRN

As an Occupational Therapist, at Northwest Medical Oro Valley, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best- providing quality care to our patients. Requirements:

Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in occupational therapy. Preferred for OVH: One (1) year of Rehab experience Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed. Required: Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license; American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) BLS certification For Skilled Nursing Unit: Fingerprint Clearance Card

About the Job:

This is a per diem (as needed) position needed for weekends, 7am-3pm at Northwest Transitions on 2025 W. Orange Grove Road.

Northwest Transitions opened on 11/30/21, it a new state of the art rehab facility with all private rooms, ADL compliant bathrooms, and an amazing rehab team! Please join our interdisciplinary therapy team and help patients meet their goals of returning to their home and community. The facility is part of Oro Valley Hospital, located at 2025 W. Orange Grove Road in front of Northwest Medical Center.

Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy.
