96-bed Skilled Nursing FacilityShort-Term Care, Long-Term Care, Dementia Care, and short-term Dementia Stabilization Unit. Newly Remodeled long-term unit, short-term rehab unit including both nursing unit and rehab gym. Rehab Gym includes Nautilus equipment, PT gym, OT gym including shower, bedroom, kitchen area- SLP has their own private treatment room. Current rehab team has been at the facility and with Aegis for over 10+ years.Patients have their own individual rooms and bathrooms. Each unit has their own Nurse Care Coordinator.

Qualifications:

Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
