Occupational Therapy Doctoral Program Operations Coordinator
**9539BR** **Position Title:** Occupational Therapy Doctoral Program Operations Coordinator **Organization:** CHST Occupational Therapy **Job Responsibilities:** Program Operations: Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Occupational Therapy Program, including maintaining and updating departmental activity schedules, responding to inquiries, and triaging communications to ensure efficiency. Oversee records management to support accreditation compliance and operational integrity. Communication and Outreach: + Serve as the primary communication liaison for the program, facilitating effective information flow among faculty, students, accrediting bodies, and external stakeholders. + Partner with the CHST Marketing Coordinator and Dean’s Office to implement prospective student outreach and recruitment strategies. Event Coordination: + Organize and support program events such as consortiums, student celebrations, and recruitment activities, handling logistical needs like room reservations, scheduling, and resource management. + Collaborate with faculty to align event objectives with program goals. System and Technology Management: + Maintain and update the Exxat fieldwork management system under the guidance of the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator and Doctoral Capstone Coordinator. + Provide technical and operational support to faculty and students to ensure smooth delivery of fieldwork and capstone experiences. Accreditation and Compliance Support: Support the Program Director and faculty in aligning operations with ACOTE accreditation standards by maintaining essential records (e.g., strategic plans, syllabi, student files) and assisting in compliance tracking and reporting. Problem-Solving and Stakeholder Support: + Act as the program’s primary administrative resource, employing proactive problem-solving to address operational challenges and improve processes. + Build strong relationships with faculty, students, and institutional partners to enhance program efficiency. Program Development Assistance: Assist the Program Director in supporting interdisciplinary collaboration and advancing program initiatives.
