Receiving and processing documentsManaging freight receipt and ensuring proper tracking of inbound shipments.Organizing the collection and delivery of imported goods in coordination with carriers and clients.Preparing and issuing transport documents.Ensuring timely processing of ocean import shipments.Monitoring and update records in our operational system and updating records in the operational system.Communicating effectively with clients, the Expeditors network, and carriers.Adhering to Expeditors' standard KPIs, ensuring compliance with all regulations and Expeditors' standards & procedures.Accurately invoicing customer files and ensuring timely dispatch of invoices.Providing complete documentation to our customs department.Requesting quotes from our partner carriers and shipping companies.Creating competitive pricing offers for our clients.QualificationsQualifications
At least 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceCollege graduate or above / Minimum of a Bac +2 in Transport, International Trade, or Logistics.Global logistics industry knowledge and understanding of ocean documentation processEffective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive resultsGood computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)Fluent in EnglishStrong listening and attention to detail.Excellent organizational skills.Team player.Pro-active, strong organizational skills

Timely and Accurate Data Entry: Ensures accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems according to Expeditors' operational procedures and customer requirements. Monitors exception reports for quick data integrity resolution.
Timely and Accurate Billing and Accounting: Invoices customers the expected charges timely and accurately and according to Expeditors and customer requirements. Properly provisions service provider charges to avoid reserves. Follows proper credit approval processes to minimize risk and protect the company.
