Major Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain and develop a positive relationship with assigned accounts through pro-active communication and providing timely and accurate informationDevelop Business PlanBe responsible for compliance and quality issues for the ocean productEnsure that productivity and profitability goals for ocean department are metHelp create Customs forms and obtain Customs release of shipmentsCoordinate and confirm release and delivery of all cargo while updating appropriate event codes

 

Qualifications

 

4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to define, develop and document business processes and proceduresEffective interpersonal skills. Ability to relate to customers and employees at all levels.Experience with MS Windows, MS Office Products
