Job Description Insight Global is looking for an OCM Specialist to work with one of the largest transportation companies in North America. This will be a 4-month contract to start (with a high possibility of extensions) and it will be fully remote across Canada. The successful candidate will be working on an integration project to develop a set of actionable and targeted organizational change management plans -- including business impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans, evaluation plans, sponsor roadmap, training plans, sustainability plans, and resistance/coaching plans.
