**Job Description**
**Position Purpose:**
This role will be focused on analyzing changes our end-users will go through from a digital success
perspective and then planning how to lead through the change. This role will keep OKRs in mind as
they document end-user changes and create a plan for the change curve following the ADKAR
framework. Design thinking, OCM planning, and change analysis will be large tasks performed by this
role. The Change Management Lead/Digital Analyst will also support project teams in integrating
change management activities into their project plans. The primary responsibility will be creating and
implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage
and minimize resistance. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate
utilization of, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
**Primary Duties/Responsibilities:**
+ Delivery of change management plans for digital initiatives.
+ Work with leaders and various stakeholders to define the change strategy
+ Work closely with the transformation team to align on deliverables from a change perspective.
+ Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and change impact assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
+ Establish and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure the effectiveness of analysis activities and report on project success.
+ Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
+ Change Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for specific projects and or initiatives, ensuring alignment with VNA ESS' mission, goals and objectives.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, and external partners, to build support and commitment to the change efforts.
+ Create training plans to prepare end-user for change
+ Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
+ Establish and maintain a network of change champions or agents within the organization who can help drive the adoption of changes at various levels.
+ Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
+ Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
+ Integrate change management activities into project plan
+ Create training plans/documents to prepare end-user for change
+ Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications for various audiences.
+ Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.
+ Ensure the alignment of business requirements with organizational goals, strategies, and processes.
+ Produce compelling stories to engage with the audience and reflect the strategy
**Qualifications**
**Education/Experience/Background:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience as a Change Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
+ Experience with Agile methodologies
+ Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
+ Experience in communication
**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:**
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
+ Proficiency with requirements management and modeling tools.
+ Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management practices.
+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Excellent active listening skills
+ Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
+ Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
+ Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

**Required Certification/Licenses/Training:**
+ Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
+ Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
+ PROSCI certification preferred
+ Well knowledgeable of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Location:
This is a hybrid position with the expectations of 3 days in office at either Paramus, NJ or Boston, MA
