The ODM Specialist support ODM Supervisor as the interface with sales team, supporting functions and oversea factories to coordinate deliveries to external customers.

Good at business operations coordinate and facilitate the technologies, people and processes that relate to the manufactory.

Education

-Bachelor Degree or above in related field

Experience:

- Minimal 3 years of experience in high tech order management, sales operations or customer service in China in a competitive market, ideally similar target markets preferred.

Other skills

- Well-versed with MS Office applications.

- Experience with ERP order management systems

- SAP CRM experiences preferred

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Strong Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

->Managing all sales contracts execution for different business sectors.

-> Ensure the smooth operation of CRM/SAP system for orders. Gather, review, and organize all documentation related to new orders

-> Provide support to sales organization in terms of data requests for customer and order information
