Currently experiencing growth, they're seeking to modernize their operations through automation and AI implementation.

Why does this role exist?
As the company expands with a new store opening, there's a critical need to streamline operations and implement efficient systems. This role addresses critical business challenges including time constraints, operational organization, and scalability limitations as the company expands. The position will be instrumental in setting up and managing automation processes through Odoo CRM and AI tools, focusing on accounting and marketing automation to support scalable growth while maintaining the company's high standards of service excellence.
