OE Reporting and Digital Team Lead

About the position:

The ENGINE OE reporting and digital team lead provides technical support for HSE reporting and owns data summaries for executive audiences. Leads a team of ENGINE Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) specialists who serve as product managers, product owners, or technical consultants for digital products and platforms, and manage partner relationships and contracts. Oversees the implementation and support for digital solutions for Health, Safety, Environment, and lower carbon initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

Oversees monthly HSE reporting and owns data summaries for executive audiences

Manages annual updates to corporate OE metrics & targets

Responsible for compiling OE data for annual Corporate Sustainability Report, Security Analyst Meeting, Board of Directors presentations, and EU CSRD

Leads special HSE reporting-related projects

Supports critical business issues and key initiatives, as required, while developing and leveraging innovative solutions

Stewards and manages updates to OE Data Reporting Standard (OEDRS) and Chairman�s Serious Incident Reporting Requirements and advise reporting units on OEDRS interpretations

Deliver key work products including enterprise page and content management; HSE performance data, regulatory & ad-hoc reporting, QA/QC events in Sphera Impact and/or Cority, PowerBI dashboard management

Execute the HSE Data & Insights roadmap and vision and prioritize the team backlog to deliver more value from data to customers

Lead customer engagement and facilitation to define critical business problems and data needs, and prototype and design solutions using digital technologies and data science

Lead team members who serve as product managers, product owners, or technical consultants for digital products and platforms, and manage partner relationships and contracts

Lead development, implementation, and support for digital solutions for Health, Safety, Environment, and lower carbon initiatives

Required qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental sectors or production facilities.

Strong preference for experience in the oil and gas industry

Ability to manage HSE data reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders

Ability to lead HSE performance benchmarking and improvement initiatives

Experience in the maintenance and update of policies, standards, plans and other management system documentation

Innovative thinking to provide solutions to critical business issues and key initiatives

Strong customer engagement and facilitation skills, to define data needs and deliver value

Ability to lead digital product development and implementation for HSE and lower carbon objectives

Candidate may be required to travel 10-15% annually
